Military Reunions is proudly partnering with TAVS! USA, a volunteer-led nonprofit offering a free, 12-week virtual training program for veterans, former first responders, and their families. Its mission is to help 100,000 individuals secure careers in telecom and IT over the next decade.

Grounded in four pillars-Training, Access, Verification, and Support-the program delivers industry-relevant education led by active professionals, equipping participants with the practical equivalent of 12 months of experience in telecom and IT sales.

Areas of focus include connectivity, voice services, AI trends, sales methodology and sales verification. Sales Verificationconsists ofcold calling, forecasting, and performance coaching. Participants also receive guidance in resume writing, interviewing, and-where applicable-entrepreneurship through business development and support.The program sessions are offered in 90-minute blocks that include live instruction, Q&A, and on-demand replay access and competency tests utilizing mastery learning principles.
